Meet Marce
Marce holds a B.Sc. from Royal Roads University and spent over 14 years in Environmental Business Development before transitioning into real estate. After purchasing her first Vancouver condo without a licensed Realtor—and learning firsthand the risks involved—she was inspired to earn her Real Estate License and help others avoid the same costly mistakes. A graduate of the UBC Sauder Trading Services Program, Marce is known for clear communication, strong advocacy, and guiding clients to safe, healthy homes at the best possible market value.
She specializes in Vancouver, New Westminster, and Burnaby, but if its real estate related, Marce is your go to expert. Marce is a proud member of the award-winning Connie Buna Real Estate Group at Oakwyn Realty Ltd., where her focus on trust and long-term relationships aligns seamlessly with the team’s values. Marce is deeply committed to raising the standard for client experience and continually improving the real estate industry. She has volunteered as a member at the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee, where she helped develop the DEI online course to help her fellow Realtors build a more inclusive and ethical real estate practice. Outside of real estate, Marce loves to gives back to her community as a mentor with Pathways to Education; board member at Black Women Connect Vancouver and is a founding director of the Black Realtors Association of Canada.
