Meet Marce
I graduated with a B.Sc. from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, I began my successful career in Environmental Business Development that spanned over 14 years. During that time I decided to buy my first home in Vancouver. Confident in my business skills and my knowledge of common environmental hazards in homes, I went ahead and purchased a condo….without using a Real Estate Agent!! I later discovered the negative results of purchasing my first home without a licensed professional. A life lesson that inspired me to obtain my Real Estate License and support others in avoiding the error I had made. After receiving my Trading Services Diploma from UBC Sauder Business School, I thrived in my ability to work more closely with people in my community and guide them to their safe, healthy home at the best market price possible.
I can communicate ALL aspects of your property transaction and create trust within our working relationship. My loyalty and discipline demonstrates that I have your best interests at the forefront of any negotiations. I specialize in Vancouver, New Westminster and Burnaby, but if its real estate related, I am your go-to professional.
In 2021, her hard work was noticed by the KymBuna Group, an award-winning Vancouver real estate team. Marce's mission in business aligned perfectly with the Team, which is to go beyond transactional connections and develop long-lasting relationships of trust and confidence.
In her free time, Marce volunteers mentoring high school students with career planning via Pathways to Education and the Black Business Association of BC. In 2022, Marce became one of the founding directors of the Black Realtor's Association of Canada, a non profit organization that is dedicated to empowering & connecting Black real estate professionals across Canada.
